Those lessons became my purpose.
Over time I rebuilt myself, muscle by muscle, breath by breath, and came to understand that the body is a living temple that requires balance, patience, and recovery. I’ve never relied on enhancers or shortcuts. Instead, I believe in discipline, rest, and steady improvement, the same principles that now shape my work as a massage therapist.
